摘要

随着当今社会全球经济的迅速发展，英语合同，尤其是商务合同，在国际交流中变得越来越普遍。很多学者开始研究商务合同的翻译。作为一种特殊的应用文体，商务合同重在纪实，追求逻辑精确、严谨，表达专业、规范，内容完整、明晰，其翻译也相应地要求条理性、纪实性、规范性、正式性。错误的和不专业的合同翻译都有可能引起不必要的法律纠纷。本文从词汇和语法两个方面分析合同的独特的语言特点，并且基于功能对等和动态对等翻译理论，探讨商务英语合同的翻译方法，旨在解决目前存在的翻译问题，促进商务合同翻译的准确性和专业化。

Abstract

With the rapid development of global economy, contracts written in English，especially business contracts, are becoming increasingly common in international communication today. Business contracts translation has aroused more researches. As a special kind of practical writing, business contracts not only focus on actual events, pursuing precise and rigorous logic, professional and specific expressions, but intact and clear contents, so its translation accordingly requires orderliness, actuality, specification and formality. Inaccurate and unprofessional translations may result in unnecessary disputes. This thesis analyzes unique business contracts language features from its lexical and syntactic levels. And based on functionalism  and dynamic equivalence translation theories, this paper discusses several translation methods in order to solve present existing translation problems and make the translation more concise and professional.
