摘要：
法律术语翻译问题迭出，欠准确严谨，以至造成歧义。在这种情况下，法律术语的翻译往往不但没有达到便于中外读者理解的功用，反而产生误导作用，这也是与法律翻译重在准确、规范的庄重的精神相背离。

Abstract：
There are great problems in legal terminology translation , deeply less of accurate , even convey different meanings . In this case, translation of legal terminology tend not to facilitate the function of lead the foreign readers to understand, but rather misleading, it is also depart from the accurate, normative and rigorous spirits in the legal terminology translation.
