摘  要

随着全球化的发展和商业交易活动的加深, 国际贸易合同作为一种特殊的法律文本类型, 在世界商业领域中发挥着越来越重要的作用。因此, 对国际贸易合同的翻译进行研究是十分必要的。国际商务合同的翻译质量直接影响商务活动能否顺利进行。不少学者对其翻译做了相关的研究，但大多侧重从微观层面，如文本本身研究商务合同翻译，忽视了从宏观角度审视商务合同文本的功能及其翻译策略，对商务合同从交际翻译角度的研究尚仍有待深入，其翻译实践仍需要一定理论上的指导。本论文主要探讨目的论视角下的合同翻译研究，以一篇医学研究为案例。从一个独特的视角——目的论视角进行商务合同翻译的研究，旨在探讨商务合同的翻译原则和方法， 目的论作为翻译的最高准则，是合同翻译当中不可缺少的指导原则，以此为指导，将大大提高合同翻译的质量。

Abstract

With the development of globalization and commercial activity deepening, international trade contract as a special type of legal texts, in the world, it is playing an increasingly important role in business. Therefore, the international trade contract translation study is very necessary. The quality of international business contract translation can directly affect if business activities can go on smoothly. Many scholars made related research for the translation, but most of them focus on the micro level, such as text translation research, they ignored translate it from the macro-level  business, the study of business contracts from the perspective of communicative translation is still remains to study, translation practice still needs certain theoretical guidance. This thesis mainly studies on business contract translation from the perspective of skopos theory, which is based on a case study. We discuss the business contract translation from a unique perspective - skopos theory and it aims at exploring business contract translation principles and methods. With the guidance of this theory, it will greatly improve the quality of contract translation.
