摘  要

金融英语词汇普遍出现于国际金融业务及活动当中。在当今全球经济一体化的背景下，有关金融英语方面的翻译的需求也日益俱增。金融词汇特点的研究有利于促进金融翻译的发展，使国际间的经济合作与交流更加顺利，从而进一步促进全球经济发展。对金融英语中专业词汇的特点进行探究是本文的主要研究部分。通过大量的阅读及对国内外文献的参考，基于前人的研究之上，本文主要对金融英语中专业词汇的规范性，专业术语词义的单一性，普通词汇的多义性及词汇的简洁性进行概括与分析。本文将通过对金融英语词汇的特点的进一步研究，并根据词汇的一些特点提出了相应的翻译策略。通过普通词汇与金融词汇的对比，采用可行的翻译策略，使读者对该词汇的特点有所了解，从而更好地理解金融方面的翻译作品，提高金融英语文本的翻译质量。

Abstract

Vocabulary in Financial English appears to be widespread in international financial affairs and activities. Nowadays, at the background of global economic integration, translation in Financial English has increased in demand. To study the characteristics of specialized vocabulary in Financial English is helpful to develop the translation in financial English, which makes international interchange and cooperation more smoothly to further develop the global economy. To study the characteristics of specialized vocabulary in Financial English is a major part of this paper. By reading and reviewing related information both at home and abroad, based on the previous researches, this paper will generalize and analyze the characteristics of specialized vocabulary in financial English, which include the normativity of vocabulary in financial English, the singleness of meaning in financial terms, the polysemy of common words and the conciseness of vocabulary in financial English. By further study on the characteristics of the specialized vocabulary in financial English, according to some of the characteristics, some related translation strategies will be come up with. By comparing common vocabulary with vocabulary in financial English and take the good translation strategies. This paper will help readers have knowledge of the characteristics of specialized vocabulary in financial English, thereby understanding works of translation in Financial English better and developing the translation skills in Financial English
