摘  要

随着经济和科技的快速发展，金融英语日益引起人们的关注，尤其在国内外的贸易往来中发挥着不可忽视的作用。国内外学者在金融英语方面不乏研究。事实表明国外学者着重研究金融英语使用的规范性，而国内学者主要研究金融英语的文体，语义特点等等。基于国内外学者对金融英语的研究，本文将主要介绍金融英语及其翻译的相关定义，并从词汇、句法和修辞等方面研究金融英语的语言特点。此外，翻译金融英语时可采用直译和意译等翻译技巧。为了理解并掌握金融英语的语言特点及翻译，人们应学习并加强金融方面的知识。因此，掌握并了解这些金融英语语言特点，并且将他们运用到翻译中，才能在国际交流和合作中运用自如。本文将采取比较法，文献法，案例法等方法展开研究。

Abstract

With the rapid and continuous development of economy and technology, people increasingly pay attention to the usage of financial English in the changeable society, especially when financial English plays an important role in both domestic and foreign trade. Many scholars both at home and abroad have research in financial English and financial news and some other aspects. Many facts make it clear that foreign scholars focus on studying the normalization used in financial English while domestic scholars mainly study the linguistic features of financial English such as stylistic features, semantic features. Based on domestic and foreign scholars’ previous relevant and comprehensible studies about financial English aspects, this paper will mainly introduce the relevant definitions of financial English and its translation to show the importance, at the same time this paper will study the linguistic features of financial English to help people know more knowledge in terms of lexical features, syntactic features and figurative features. In addition, a lot of translation strategies such as literal translation and free translation can be employed in the translation of financial English. In order to understand and grasp the linguistic features and translation of financial English, people are supposed to learn and strengthen some knowledge about finance. Therefore, people will master and know these financial English linguistic features and apply them to translation. In this way, financial English can be used skillfully in international trade, communication and cooperation. This paper will take comparison method, literature study method and case study method.
