摘 要
商务英语在涉及各种经贸活动中已不仅仅是一种语言活动,商务英语在翻译的等值的问题一直是西方现代翻译理论的核心。本文从文化等值和功能对等的方面提出其限制因素以及另外翻译时需要注意的问题。就其对等方面的差异,诸如文化信息对等,功能信息对等等,在翻译过程中会产生奇妙的效果。然而,一千个读者有一千个哈姆雷特,因为译者环境以及其他因素的不同,将有不一样的翻译版本,因此造成了诸多翻译的限制因素。现今的状况能从翻译的技巧上改进,从而更能贴近原作者的说话意图。作者介绍了直译法,意译法,音译法及音译结合法,并列举相关实例,更好使读者了解其用法和商务英语中的表达方式。未来的商务英语翻译研究应该多视角多层次深入,形成一个新的理论研究体系,并宜加强创新意识。

Abstract
When involved in a variety of economic and trade activities, business English is not only a language. Business English translation equivalence problems have always been the core of the modern western translation theory. Eugene Nida, a famous American translation theorist, one of the founders of modern western language school, who is frequently used in this paper, aims to clarify the history and significance of western English translation. This paper put forward its limited factors from the aspect of cultural equivalence and functional equivalence, and besides issues to be aware of in translation. when it comes to the differences such as cultural information equivalence, functional information and so on, it can produce wonderful effect in the process of translation. One thousand readers have one thousand Hamlet, however, because the translator environment and other factors, it will have different translation versions, which may cause many translation of the limiting factor. We can improve translation techniques, which can be more close to the original author's intention. The writer especially introduced the method of literal translation and liberal translation, transliteration method and combination with transliteration, and list the relevant examples, and it can make readers better understand its usage and expressions in business English. In the future, the business translation equivalence study should be multi-level through from multiple perspectives, which forms a new system of theoretical research that may strengthen the innovation consciousness.
