摘  要

现在经济全球化带来国民经济的飞快发展，而且增加了人们的理财意识，并且越来越多的人开始参与到国际金融事务当中。国际金融英语作为一种专门用途英语, 是英语与金融业和金融学的结合，而金融英语词汇特色迥然。因此，关于金融英语的翻译变得越来越重要，而且已经引起了国内翻译界的关注，并已取得较为可喜的成绩，但是目前对金融已经翻译的研究还不够全面。虽然国内有很过相关的论文和期刊对金融英语的结构和特征进行了探讨研究，不过一些金融术语的翻译仍然存在较大的差异。本文从美学视角来研究金融英语术语的翻译，找出美学原理对金融术语翻译的作用，并且探索翻译美学在其的必要性，讨论美学在术语翻译中的作用。

Abstract

With the achieved rapid development of our national economy, the living standards of Chinese people are improving, and their awareness of financial management is enhanced accordingly. International financial English is a kind of English for specific purpose, which is a combination of English and the financial industry and finance. As we all know, people there take lead in academic achievements of it, and developed countries’ financial system is more successful than that in China. Advanced knowledge should be imported to China and translation is the bridge to introduce it in order to get up with them. So more and more people are joining in it, and the translation of finance English is becoming critical. As a matter of the fact that translators’ studies on financial English terminology translation still have space to improve, they have a preference for its translation and the encouraging result has been achieved. Different translators might have quite different opinions in some specific terminologies. The author wants to study translation of financial terminology from the perspective of translation aesthetics to find the application of translation aesthetics on financial terminology translation, particularly on how to deal with some articles with three principles of “beauty, compactness, appropriateness” and zero translation difference. This thesis intends to explain the necessity of translation aesthetics with translation aesthetics as its theoretical configuration which is for financial terminology translation and then to analyze its application by discussing English to Chinese translation. Finally, it summarizes the importance and limitations in this thesis and then gives some advice for later studies.
