摘要
当今世界经济全球化已是大势所趋,全球化加速了教育交流的必要,同时也为教育交流提供了平台,教育既是全球化的推动者又是全球化的受益者。我国正从“世界大国”走向“世界强国”,面临的国内外挑战急剧增加,未来的国家间竞争,不只是经济、军事实力等的竞争,更是人才的竞争,因此必须要从国家战略高度重视教育的发展,努力培养适应世界潮流的“世界公民”。西方国家在强化科学教育、注重基础知识训练、着眼教育质量提高方面都走在世界前列,而中国的教育注重承袭中国优秀传统文化,中西结合教育的优势在于能帮助学生深刻了解异国文化,适应日益全球化的世界潮流,争取做一个真正的国际人。养成独立个性、创新能力以及主动融入国际社会的世界意识和合作精神,已成为现当代发达国家教育改革的又一显著特征。本研究着重以全球化发展背景对复合型人才的需求为切入点,并辅以李开复博士的成长、教育、就职经历介绍,探索分析中西方结合教育模式的优势。就中西方教育目标、教育内容、教育策略、教育结构、教育方法、教育手段等的差异及其根源,寻找一条为学生提供人文化学习环境的,以培养创新精神和实践能力为宗旨实施素质教育的教育模式。

Abstract
Economic globalization is the trend of today's world, globalization not only speeds up the necessary of education communication, but also provides a platform for education, and education is both an enabler of globalization and the beneficiary of globalization. China is walking from a "big country" to a "world power", facing a sharp increase of challenges at home and abroad in the future, competition between countries is not only the competition such as economy power or military power, the most important is the talent competition, therefore we must pay great attention to the development of education from an attitude of national strategy attaches, and try our best efforts to develop the talents who adapt to world trend of "world citizen".
Western countries have led the world in strengthening science education, paying attention to basic knowledge training, and improving the education quality, while China's education pays great attention to inherit Chinese excellent traditional culture, the advantages of Chinese and western education combination is to help students understand the exotic culture, to adapt to the increasingly globalizing world trend, to be a real international man. Forming a independent personality and innovation ability, and actively join into the international world is a universal consciousness and cooperation spirit, it has become another remarkable feature of the modern education reform in developed countries. This study take the demanding for interdisciplinary talents in the globalization background as a breakthrough point, supplemented by Dr Lee's growth, education, and working experience to explore and analysis the advantage of a education mode of Chinese and western combination, in order to find a way for students to cultivate their innovative spirit and practice ability. And the study is analyzed in detail for its differences(such as education objective, education content, education policy, education structure and education methods, education means)and its causes for the purpose of implementing quality education model of education.
