摘　要

听力是人们日常生活交流中必不可少的一个部分，唯有听得清楚，听得准确，才能为日常正常的交流打好基础。英语听力是大学生学习英语的一个重要环节，但是仅仅依靠课堂时间来提高英语听力水平，实在是十分困难却不太现实。因此，本论文基于前人对英语听力学习的研究，对大学生英语听力自主学习的策略和方法加以分析，明确地表明了大学英语听力自主学习的必要性和重要性，并着重推出了三大英语听力自主学习的策略和三大英语听力自主学习的方法，与此同时，还提出让大学生通过网络、媒体和信息技术来自主学习英语听力。综上所述，本论文旨在让大学生进一步了解英语听力自主学习的策略和方法，帮助大学生找到合适自己的学习策略和方法以提高英语听力水平。

Abstract

Listening is an indispensable part in the exchange of people's daily life. Only if the words be heard clearly and accurately, can we lay a solid foundation for the day-to-day normal exchange. Listening is an important part of college students to learn English, but relying solely on classroom time to improve the level of English listening is very difficult and not realistic. Therefore, led by the previous study of English Listening, this paper will continue with the analyzing about the strategies and methods of the autonomous learning of students' English listening, and will clearly show the necessity and importance of the autonomous learning of students' English listening. Besides, the paper mainly launches three English autonomous learning strategies and three English autonomous learning methods. What’s more, it launches a new way of autonomous learning by using the network resources, multimedia and IT to improve our English listening skills. In summery, the paper aims to lead students to learn more about the English listening autonomous learning strategies and methods to help them find their own learning strategies and methods to improve their English listening level.

1 Introduction
This paper will propose some college students' English listening strategies and methods of autonomous learning which clearly shows the necessity and importance of the autonomous learning of students' English listening. Besides, it launches a new way of autonomous learning by using new resources to improve our English listening skills, aiming to lead students to learn more about the English listening autonomous learning strategies and methods to help them find their own learning strategies and methods to improve the English listening level, and them build the autonomous learning role to learn more enthusiasm and initiatively.
