摘 要
随着经济全球化的发展,中国与其他国家的贸易往来越来越频繁,因此商务英语专业人才备受欢迎。商务英语的口语化是商务英语最具有实践性的一个特点,它可以使学习者拥有熟练的商务英语口语能力, 并增加其进入国际化企业工作的机会。大部分学生也看到了社会的发展趋势,特别是商务英语专业的学生,希望提高自己的英语口语水平。但是,当今学生英语口语交际能力的现状还是令人担忧。怎样提高学生的口语能力仍然是一个艰巨的具有挑战性的任务。很多国内外学者就如何提高学生商务英语口语做了很多研究,但是他们基本上都是从老师的角度来讨论商务英语口语的提高策略,很少有从学生的角度来探究。针对这种现象,本文将以英语本科生为研究对象,提出如何提高商务英语口语的策略,让英语本科生认识到商务英语口语的重要性,激励他们花更多时间去提高口语能力,从而增强学生本生在当今社会的挑战性和竞争性。

Abstract
With the development of economic globalization, trade between China and other countries are becoming more and more frequent; Business English professionals are increasingly popular. Business Spoken English is the most practical feature in Business English. It enables learners to own business English speaking ability, and to increase their opportunities to enter the international corporate. Most of the students also see the trend of the development of society, especially business English major, they hope to improve their level of spoken English. But for a long time, Oral Business English learning effect of many college students is unsatisfactory, and there is a considerable gap between the actual needs of the community and speaking ability. In response to this phenomenon, this paper will propose strategies for promoting business English speaking ability of English undergraduates. Many scholars have done researches about this question, and a lot of thesis which is about strategies for promoting oral business English has been written by many people as well. However, the traditional studies of this topic mainly focus on the perspective of teachers; few people discuss the issue from the aspect of students. Therefore, in thesis, the author will discuss the strategies from the perspective of college students, which is intended to let them realize the importance of oral business English, gain more knowledge about oral business English, and improve their speaking ability in order to meet challenges and competitions in the 21st century.

1 Introduction
1.1 The background of business English
In the mid-20th century, after the end of World War II, the human society entered an unprecedented era of large-scale science, technology and rapid economic development. The rapid development of science and technology and the economy promote the development of human society. Naturally this new situation of social development needs an international language to reflect and communicate. After World War II, America became a world-renowned technological and economic power, in terms of the fast development of technology and economy. So, the official language of the United States - English has become the most common language in international communication tool.
