摘 要
传统教学模式已满足不了学生的需求,教师角色单一,教师需明确其多样化角色以适应新课改要求。通过传统教师角色的定位及新时代下教师转变的理论基础,综合分析不同学者对于传统教师以及现代教师角色观的相关理论;以探索新时代下教师新角色的定位以教师作为指导者,促进者,学习者,组织者,咨询者,信息提供者,控制者和评价者对学生学习的不同影响.主要采用文献资料法,逻辑分析法,选取初中新老教师为研究对象,探讨教师不同角色对学生显而易见以及潜移默化的影响;从而更准确的把握教师教学的方法和程度。在促进学生各方面能力与知识的提升的同时,教师要提高自身补充新知识,获取信息,运用现代教育信息技术和具备课程开发的能力,推动教育事业的发展。

Abstract
The original foundation education can not adapt to the development of the new era, and traditional teaching mode can not satisfy students' needs any more, traditional roles are single, teachers need to clear diversified roles to adapt to the new curriculum requirements. Through the traditional orientation of teachers' role and the basic theory on the changes of roles in new era, integrally analyzing the theories of different scholars towards traditional and modern teachers' conceptions of roles; exploring the new orientation of the new roles and observing the various influences on learning process for the teacher as a director, a facilitator, an organizer, a counselor, a material developer, a administrator and an assessor. In order to reduce the study scope and be targeted, this study selected only teachers including primary teachers and old teachers in junior school for comparing. According to the collection of literature materials, the logical analytic method and interview method, it discusses the clear influence and vague influence on students. So that it can grasp of teachers' teaching method and degree more accurately. After accomplishing the improvement of student's ability and knowledge, teachers are also considered to improve their abilities to gain new knowledge, to access useful information, to use modern educational technology and to develop curriculum so that the development of education will be promoted in the end.

1 Introduction
According to Fu Daochun (2001), teachers' role is not static. They change with the development of the society. In China, teachers' contribution and dedication to education and society has been very much ignored. With the implementation of the new English curriculum, teachers are expected to put on new roles.
