摘  要

英语已然成为每个学生必修的科目。然而,枯燥的语法知识以及生硬的课本教学不仅降低了学习的效率,也抑制了学生对英语的兴趣。本文总结了国内外语言学家对实施歌曲运用到英语学习的这一学习方法的研究和实验分析结果,得出歌曲与学习的结合有益于提高学习效率和学习积极性。本文主要通过对影响英语学习的因素进行分析,总结出英语歌曲对激发学生学习英语的兴趣的影响。歌曲既可以提高音乐的理解力、增强节奏感,也可以学习语法、增强词汇量,还可以激发学生学习英语的兴趣,活跃课堂气氛,进而促进英语学习水平。将英语歌曲融合英语学习的教学模式既能满足学生听歌和唱歌的愿望,也能够培养学生英语的听说读写能力,有利于学生的英语综合素质的提高。

Abstract

English has already been a compulsory subject for every Chinese student. However, the boring grammar knowledge as well as blunt textbooks teaching not only reduces the efficiency of learning, but also inhibits students’ interests in English. This paper summarizes the results of research and experimentation of domestic and foreign linguists through using the songs in the English language learning, and it concludes that the songs associated with study is conducive to improving learning efficiency and learning motivation. This paper also analyzs and summarizs the main factors which affect English learning, putting forward the influence of English songs on the motivation of students’ English learning. The songs can improve the comprehension of music and strengthen the sense of rhythm, besides, it also can help you enhance learning grammar and vocabulary, and stimulate students’ interest in English learning as well as active classroom atmosphere which promote the level of English learning. The English songs integrated smoothly into the English learning, this kind of teaching model can not only satisfy the students’ desire for listening to music and singing, but also can train their English learning, speaking, reading and writing abilities, which is conductive to improving the overall quality of their English.

1 Introduction
China has offered a good environment for foreign language learning. First of all, in terms of the political environment, the Third Plenary Session of its Eleventh Central Committee has determined the reform and opening-up policy, foreign language learning involved, especially the political settings of English learning have changed dramatically compared to the "Cultural Revolution". Foreign language has been widely accepted by the people, which also have already been incorporated into the national policy. Even now, Chinese students are required to accept English education starting from kindergarten. Learning foreign language is no longer regarded as "blindly worshiping foreign things".
