摘 要
随着英语在全世界的作用越来越重要,初中英语又是英语学习的初级阶段,因此学生们有必要学好英语。阅读教学对提高学生英语水平有着举足轻重的作用。本文试图探讨任务型阅读在初中英语教学中的运用。本文一共分为六个部分。第一部分是任务型教学的背景和意义。第二部分是文献综述。定义了任务型教学,以克拉申为指导的任务型教学模式,以及任务型教学的原则。第三部分是任务型教学在初中英语中的应用。本项研究以某外国语学校初一两个班级的学生为研究对象,探讨把任务型教学法应用于初中英语阅读教学中。第四部分分析实验结果。实验结果证明,在阅读课中使用任务型教学,其优势在于学生们比以前更加喜欢阅读并能更好的理解文章。而其缺点在于老师们还需花更多时间让学生们自己发挥并更多关注学生在课堂中的表现。第五部分是发现和启示。作者发现不仅能够活跃班级学习英语阅读的氛围,还能提高学生的创新意识和实践能力。第六部分是总结。本文证明了在初中英语阅读教学中应用任务型教学法是有必要的。然而,推广在初中英语阅读教学中使用任务型教学法需要老师和学生的共同努力。

Abstract
As the role of English has become more and more important in the whole world, English teaching in junior high school is the primary stage of English learning, hence, it is necessary for the students to learn English well. Reading teaching plays a decisive role in improving students’ English proficiency. Thus, this paper mainly discusses the application of TBLT in junior high English teaching. This paper consists of six parts. The first part is the background and the significance of tasked-based language teaching (TBLT). The second part is literature review. This part is about the definition of TBLT, and the principle of TBLT. The third part is the application to TBLT in junior high school English reading teaching. The research subject is two first grade-one classes in a foreign language school. The forth part is the analysis of the experiment. The experiment shows that the advantage of using TBLT in reading teaching makes students like reading much more than before, and the disadvantage is that teachers should pay more attention to students’ performance in the class. The fifth part is findings and implications. The author finds that TBLT helps students to speak out their own opinions, participate in the class activities actively and increasing the cooperation consciousness. The last part is conclusion. It is proved that TBLT is necessary in English reading teaching, and both teachers and students need to do more to spread TBLT, and make it perfect.
