1. Introduction
In the modern society, with the development of the technology and the society, our country has communicated with the foreign country more and more and it has the trend of the globalization. But a few days ago, the author  heard a piece of surprising news that the rates of the scores of the college entrance examination will decrease and it may have trend that English may be not be included in that exam. The policy is absurd because English is the language which is used most widely across the whole world although it is not our mother tongue. English has been used by about more than thirty countries, such as England, Australia, Canada, and Pakistan and so on. English has the indispensable position in the communication between countries and countries, business negation and international commerce.
2. Literature review
Most of the Chinese students that the ability of whose has reached to middle class or high class, the competence of business English is almost zero. Most of other students speak English which is nearly the foreigners’ sounds, which meant that the English standardization words. But sometimes the words was with some Chinese accent, Chinese tone, perhaps the intonation of the sentences is not very high, which is not very abundant and natural color; even if you are a broadcast announcer, most of the persons sound like a foreigner, but after a few minutes, you will feel that he must be a Chinese, which must be master the standard English speech sounds and intonation and other spoken English skills. Very few students who have spoken very fluent spoken English is very basically based on copying and studying on himself. But there are also some little mistakes such as ambiguous and not so flexible, some other mistakes such as lost some sound or increase some sound or incidental some dialect accent.
