Abstract

Collaborative learning means that students in a group or team make a clear division of responsibilities to complete an assigned task. Many researches show that collaborative learning is an effective pattern of organizing teaching. Junior high school English teaching reform is imminent. Developing the collaborative learning is one of the most important ways to reform. Traditional education has been the main form in high school English teaching for a long time, so it is so monotonous that prevent students from improving their English. As lack of interpersonal communication, most of students have no interest in English. Under these circumstances, junior high school need to import some new ways to improve the teaching quality and arouse the students’ interest, for example, teachers could employ collaborative learning by creating a favorable learning atmosphere to encourage students collaborating in the class; students are given some time to discuss freely in the classroom. The author has had some exploration on collaborative learning in junior high school. This paper consists of three parts. First, it introduces the theory and background of the collaborative learning. Then, it analyzes the method and the use of it. At last, the writer summarizes the paper by expounding the significance of the collaborative learning.

摘  要

协作学习指学生在小组或团队中为了完成共同任务,有明确的责任分工的互助性学习。研究表明,协作学习是一种有效地教学组织形式.初中教学制度改革迫在眉睫,发展协作学习是教学改革中最重要的途径之一。长期以来,初中课堂中英语学习是以传统的教学方法为主,其单一的教学形式限制了学生英语成绩的提高。由于缺乏人际交流,许多学生失去了学习英语的兴趣。在这种情况下,学习需要引进一些方法去提高教学质量激起学生学习英语的兴趣,例如在课堂中运用协作学习的学习方法,鼓励合作,创造有利于协作学习的课堂氛围;学生能够有一些时间在课堂上进行自由讨论。论文中,笔者对初中课堂协作学习进行了一些探索。本文共分为三部分,第一部分结合资料介绍了协作学习的背景和理论。紧接着在第二部分中基于相关资料结合实践,笔者具体阐述了协作学习的方法应用。最后一部分笔者通过详细讲解协作学习的意义和优点总结了该篇论文。
