[摘 要]

这篇文章探讨了任务型教学法对初中生英语学习积极性的影响。目前,初中生对英语学习缺乏兴趣,在学习方法上多数仍然处于被动,这样无疑影响了学生接受和掌握知识的能力。任务型教学模式是以任务组织教学,在履行任务的过程中,以参与、体验、互动、交流、合作的学习方式,充分发挥学生自身的认知能力,在实践中感知、认识和应用语言。它可以有效的激发学生的学习兴趣并调动初中生英语学习的积极性。

Abstract:

This paper intends to explore the effect of task-based teaching method on junior middle school students’ English learning motivation.At present,junior middle school students are lack of interest and most of them are passive in English learning,which undoubtedly affects their ability of accepting and mastering knowledge. The task-based teaching pattern organizes teaching by assigning tasks, in the process of fulfilling tasks. The students’cognition competence can be exerted fully by means of participating, experiencing, interacting, communicating and cooperating. Thus students can feel, grasp and use a language. It can obviously arouse students’learning interest in English and stimulate their English learning motivation.

1. Introduction
With the arrival of the economic globalization and China’s participation in the international competition, China demands more and more people who know foreign languages well. Especially, after China joined the World Trade Organization (WTO) and applied successfully to hold the Olympic Games in 2008, this kind of demand becomes urgent. English, as one of the most widely used languages in the world, its importance is self-evident. Today, with the fast development of the society, English teaching is facing new challenges and opportunities. The traditional English teaching method has not been able to adapt to the development of our society. However, many junior middle schools still use the traditional method in English teaching. The traditional method neglects the cultivation of the students’ interest and ability, paying no attention to the students’ creation;As a result,it affects the learning motivation of junior middle school students.
