[摘要]

近几年,我们的国家更加重视提高学生的英语口语能力,虽然学生的口语能力有所提高,但在农村英语口语教学中仍然存在许多严重的问题。在农村中学,英语教学的根本问题仍然没有改善。农村学生英语口语交际能力依然很低。为了提高整个国家的口语交际能力,我们应该从教师,学生以及农村学生教学环境着手帮助提高农村学生的英语口语交际能力。
本文中笔者通过分析农村英语口语教学现状,介绍了口语教学的方法以及口语教学与交际能力的策略。英语口语教学的主要任务是培养学生的交际能力,如何搞好英语口语教学,培养学生的英语交际能力是实现英语教学目的的关键.本文的主要研究目的是如何在英语口语教学中有效培养学生交际能力。在英语口语课上,使学生不再是沉默的听者,而是积极的说者。

Abstract:

During these years ,our country have paid more attention to improve students oral English, however there are also many serious problems in English teaching and the fundamental problem is still have not Improved in countryside. On the other hand, oral English is more and more important for our country because of the development of our country. At the same time, there are majority of students come from countryside in china. So we should not neglected oral English teaching. In order to improve the entire country Communicative Competence in English., this paper will analysis some situations of oral teaching and communicative competence then the author will give some advise to help students to improve rural students oral English. As we all known that the main task of oral English teaching is to develop communicative competence, improving oral English teaching and developing the students' English communicative competence are keys to achieve the purpose of English teaching.

1. Introduction
With the development of exchanges between countries: communication and cooperation are increasing. And there are many opportunities for us to communicate with foreigners. Use English to communicate is one of four skills in learning language. Oral English belongs to the field of pragmatics output level. Communication is not only the need of social development, but also reflects the trend of the New English curriculum development. Strength oral language teaching and improve the skill of English speaking are important tasks that need to be done in English teaching.
There are some problems in rural middle school. The reason can be found in students own, teachers and the teaching environment. By analyzing the exact situation of china`s rural middle school English teaching. I`ll propose some appropriate solutions to this problem. In order to ultimately improve the language skills and communicative competence of secondary school students, this task analyses from literature to the communicative competence training.
The main goal of this study is to help students and teachers who is studying and teaching in rural middle schools. Help teachers to change their traditional ways of teaching English. And tell them the importance of oral communicative competence. We also give some suggestions that can help teachers to know how to improve communicative competence. On the other hand, we also give students some advice to let them pay more attention to their oral English, and encourage them to open their mouth to speak English.
