[摘要]:
鉴于新时期国家和社会对外语人才培养的需求以及伴随而来的高等教育深化改革的快速推进,传统教学模式下的大学英语教学弊端突显。课堂教学作为大学英语教学的主要形式,是学生获得知识、开发自身潜能的重要场所。因此,本文探讨了将“师生互动,生生互动”有机结合的互动课堂模式引入课堂,并以相关理论为依据,从对老师和学生的要求入手,探讨了互动课堂模式在大学英语教学中应用的具体方法,希望能对教育工作者改善英语课堂教学模式,充分开发利用课堂资源,提高课堂教学实效性提供帮助,并对以后的相关领域的研究有所启示。

Abstract:
With the increasing demand of foreign language talent training from the state and the society and the repaid higher education reform, the traditional teaching mode in college English teaching becomes an obstacle to the reform and can not meet the realistic needs. Classroom teaching, as the main form of college English teaching, is an important access for student to obtaining knowledge and developing their potential. Therefore, this paper intends to introduce interactive class mode into college English teaching. Interactive class mode is an effective English teaching organization. In this paper, it mainly discusses the interactive class mode and its specific requirements for teachers and students in college English teaching, in hopes of education workers to improve English class teaching mode, fully exploit and utilize the limited classroom resources and improve classroom teaching effectiveness. Furthermore, it can enlighten scholars who are engaged in this field.

In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy in our country and more frequent cooperation and communications with other countries, the state and the society are in urgent demand of compound talents. Under this circumstance, English learners are required to have a higher proficiency in the ability of practical English application. It becomes more urgent to cultivate students' comprehensive ability in listening, speaking, reading and writing, and strengthen their independent learning ability and comprehensive quality and become more adaptable in their future to meet the needs of social development in our country as well as international cooperation and communications. Therefore, it is not only a new challenge, but also an opportunity which needs deep reform and further development for English teaching.
2. The Requirements of College English Teaching
College English teaching is an important access for teachers to cultivating students’ ability in English learning and practical application. In order to keep up with the new trend of higher education reform and the repaid development of the new situation, deepen teaching reform, improve teaching quality and meet the urgent talent needs from the state and society in the new era, the ministry of Higher Education Department has promulgated the College English Curriculum Requirements, which setting a clear teaching goal for colleges and universities to organize the English teaching for undergraduates.
