[摘 要]

在现代教育技术上,作为一种现代教学媒体,信息已经大大的影响着人们的生活的方面。作为一种信息传递的工具,多媒体已经应用于英语教学中。由于它具有展示文本,图表,声音,影像,和动画的功能。多媒体教学使教学过程更加直接,有效。已被许多中学英语老师所接受。本文主要讨论的是在中学英语中应用多媒体对听说能力培养的影响,和如何解决在多媒体应用中存在的一些问题。本文强调了应用多媒体教学存在的优缺点,主要集中在对对中学英语听说能力培养方面的影响。因此教师要不断的提高现代教育技术水平和不断加强现代教育技术的实践活动,从而达到提高学生学习英语的兴趣。教师应不断改善教学方法,使学生学习兴趣和听说能力得到不断的提高。

Abstract:

As a modern teaching media in the modern educational technology, information has greatly influenced all aspects of people’s life. As one means of information transmission, multimedia has been used in English teaching, which can make the teaching process more direct, active, rapid and convenient. This paper intends to discuss the influence of the application of multimedia in the middle school English teaching, especially in cultivating listening and speaking ability, and how to solve some problems. It highlights some advantages and disadvantages in the application of multimedia. Teachers must constantly improve the level of modern educational technology. Then it can reach to a final aim to improve the students’ study interest.

 1. Introduction
     The twenty-first century is the new era of information and network. With the advancement of technology, multimedia has become a hot field of teaching. [1] (P78) Multimedia technology will greatly enrich the performance of classroom teaching practices and manifestations, but it should be based on classroom needs to determine whether to use it, how to use it, it is not blindly worship and follow. The development of modern educational technology provides convenient conditions for all-round development of the middle school students. Multimedia used in the English teaching process is a good way to assist teaching. Multimedia technology has been widely used by English teachers in classes. It changes the traditional teaching means and model of English teaching. English classes are brought into a new realm. There are many advantages and disadvantages when multimedia technology is used in English listening and speaking teaching. How to cultivate students’ listening and speaking capacity is a big problem. How to improve the students' interest in learning English course. [2] The teacher should know how to reasonably use multimedia. So many problems exit in the English multimedia teaching course.
