摘要:
在社会日益发展的今天,中国式家庭教育的薄弱环节已经显现出来。与中国家庭教育相反,美国的家庭教育旨在培养一个自食其力的人,注重培养孩子的开拓精神和竞争能力。我们能否把中美两国家庭教育结合起来,开创一个更加合理的,完美的教育模式,是人们现在积极讨论的问题。本论文首先从家庭教育的定义开始阐述中美两国的家庭教育现状,并从家庭教育目的,家庭教育内容以及家庭教育方式三个方面来解释中美家庭教育的差异,另外论文从中美文化角度来探究造成中美家庭教育差异的原因,然后又进一步比较中美家庭教育成功和失败的案例分析其背后的文化差异,从而指出中国家庭教育存在的问题,并针对性的给出解决办法。

Abstract:
In modern times, the weakness in Chinese family education has emerged during the process of the social development. In contrast, the American family education aims to cultivate a person who can support himself, and pays high attention to cultivate the children’s pioneering spirit and competitive ability. Can we combine Chinese family education with the American family education and create a more rational and perfect educational mode? This is the question people actively discuss recently. The thesis starts from the definition of family education and introduces the status in China and America,and analyzes the differences of family education in two countries from the family education purpose, content, and method. The thesis explains the reasons of difference on family education mainly from Sino-American cultural differences. And then it makes a further analysis on cultural difference through several successful and failed cases on family education. In the end, the author puts forward the corresponding suggestions to solve these questions in Chinese family education.
