摘要：

随着人文主义心理学的发展，教育中的情感因素越来越受到重视。然而在我国的英语教学中却长期存在着重认知、轻情感的教学现状，严重影响着学生的英语学习。本论文的主要目的是通过对情感因素的研究，发现其对语言学习的影响并找到相应解决方法。本论文主要探讨自信、兴趣和焦虑等情感因素对语言学习的影响，发现一些学生由于不自信不敢在课堂上或其他公共场所与人交流，只知道简单的背语法、背单词，而不是把英语作为一种工具与人大胆的交流。在我国很多教师也只重视学生的成绩；很多学生学习英语并不是因为自己对英语的喜爱，而是迫于各种原因而不得不学习英语，因此把英语学习当作一种负担，当然学习效果不会太理想。基于上述情感因素问题的研究，笔者提出相应的建议以供教师和学生参考。

Abstract:

With the development of humanism psychology, more and more attention has been paid to the emotional factors in education. However, in China, English teaching has been attaching more importance to cognition than emotional factors for a long time, which has a bad influence on English learning. This paper attempts to explore the influence of several main emotional factors--self-confidence, interest and anxiety in English learning. Some students learn English by simply reciting words and  grammatical rules; they are unwilling to communicate with others because they do not believe in themselves; many students learn English only because they have to pass some examinations or get some certificates. Based on these problems, the author will come up with some suggestions on how to raise the quality of English teaching and learning.
