Abstract

CLT is very significant in the field of English reading class in senior high schools. The thesis introduces the development of CLT in foreign language teaching in China. According to case studies, it studies the concrete applications and effects of CLT in English reading class in senior high schools, and proves the value of CLT in improving students’ reading ability. Meanwhile, the thesis indicates limitations of CLT, which contributes to teachers using CLT properly to improve the teaching ability.

摘要

交际教学法在高中英语阅读课的教学中的重要性不言而喻。本文介绍了交际教学法在国内外语言教学中的发展，通过实证研究分析交际教学法在高中英语阅读课中的具体运用和效果，证实了交际法在提高学生英语阅读能力上的价值，同时也指出了交际教学法的不足之处，帮助教师合理使用交际教学法提高其教学能力。
