摘要
路易莎·梅·奥尔科特的代表作《小妇人》是以美国内战为背景描写了马奇一家四姐妹的成长历程。本文将对小说的内容、作者的生活经历进行深入剖析,并通过对四个女孩的光辉品质和幸福生活的分析来探讨这部作品中马奇家独特的家庭教育方式及其借鉴意义。该文章从营造良好的家庭氛围,成为知心朋友和注重实践教育三方面论述马奇夫妇的教育方法,同时从精神、行为、爱情和婚姻以及持家经验四方面阐述马奇先生和马奇太太对女儿们的实践教育,并分析该家庭教育对四姐妹成长的影响,从而得出家庭教育对人格锻造以及健全人生观培养的重要性。

Abstract
Little Women, written by American writer Louisa May Alcott, is about the four March girls’ journeys from childhood to adulthood during the civil war. By making a profound analysis of the content and the personal experiences of the author, along with the brilliant qualities and happy life of little women, the thesis aims to interpret the March distinct family education and the important reference value. This study, based on the education methods of March Spouses in three aspects, which respectively are creating an harmonious family atmosphere, being an intimate friend and emphasizing practical education, reveals the influences upon four girls’ healthy growth owing to the favorable family education. At the meanwhile, it will elaborate the practical education of the Marches on four aspects including spirit, behaviors, love and marriage and domestic experiences. It is confirmed that a good home education plays a decisive role in one’s personality and outlook of life.
