摘  要

近年来，随着英语教学实践的不断深入、理念的不断更新，传统教学模式的平衡被打破，本文针对传统英语教学弊端，特别是学生、老师，课堂相互之间的关系进行研究。生态教学观在现代的英语教学中扮演着举足轻重的作用，它是以生态语言学为理论基础，结合了众多优秀成果，将英语教学比作自然生态系统的一个缩影。然而，鲜有人使用生态的视角去解释传统英语教学中存在的问题。本文将从生态观的角度出发，通过全方位，多层次的文献研究方法对英语教学展开研究。本文提出要尊重学生个体发展的规律，坚持以学生为本，力求在保持和谐的课堂中，老师和学生相互尊重，相互学习，使教学生态系统得以良性运作。

Abstract

In recent years, along with the deepening of English teaching practice and updating concepts, traditional teaching model has been broken. This paper focuses on the drawbacks of traditional English teaching, especially the correlation among students, teachers and class. Ecological pedagogy, based on the theory of ecological linguistics, plays a crucial role in English teaching. It also absorbs the essence of other theories and compares the foreign language to a microcosm of nature ecosystem. Few people use ecological perception to explain the problems existing in traditional English teaching. And it puts emphasis on promoting the students’ and teachers’ of mutually exchanges, common development, which can help the teachers and the students to learn while teaching. In order to solve the long-standing conflict in English teaching, our aim is to accomplish the role exchange between teachers and students, and build a better teachers and students relationship, so that we can consummate knowledge teaching. In this paper, with the ecological view, through comprehensive, multi-level literature research methods, the paper will make a further understanding of English teaching. In view of individual students’ regular developments, student-oriented concepts, the author advocates a harmonious class where teachers and students respect each other, understand each other and learn from each other. It is what we call ecological system.
