Abstract
Listening practice is a common form of studying English. However, because of the complicated or dull listening materials or trainings, large quantities of university students do the practice for the purpose of entertainment and language learning only. However, a scientific listening strategy is a combination of entertainment, language learning and information acquisition. And according to the influence of the study motivation on the learning efficiency, this study is trying to raise a method focusing on the listening features. Specifically, with a questionnaire, this study finds out the listening strategies accumulated in the study process, the encumbrance and some motivations can promote or restrain the listening practice. The study also raises some positive and efficient methods by collecting and analyzing the individual and whole effects of different motivations.

训练听力水平是英语学习的常用形式,由于听力材料的繁杂,大学生英语听力以娱乐性和语言学习为主要目的。科学的听力策略应该是娱乐性,语言学习与信息性三者并重。本课题依据学习动机对学习效率及结果的影响,针对英语听力的特点,试图提出在训练英语听力时的方法与策略。具体来说,通过问卷调查和能力测试了解大学生学习过程中积累的听力方式和遇到的障碍以及促进与抑制学习听力的不同动机,并通过收集和剖析不同动机因素的个性特点及总体效应,有针对性地提出培养有利积极动机的方法和策略。

1. Introduction
When the listening practice becomes more and more popular among the university students in their daily life and work, the study motivations and the listening strategies have call the attention of many language researchers. This paper endeavors to analyze the stylistic features and practical methods of listening learning used by university students.
