摘 要

本篇论文包括五个部分：第一部分是价值观的基本概念以及中西方核心价值观的差异的简述；第二部分是从中西方价值观的差异来分析奥运会上的第一名情结产生的原因及如何正确对待第一名情结；第三部分是从中西方价值观的差异来分析2012伦敦奥运会上主办方的失误，先比较中西方对2012伦敦奥运会上失误的看法，然后找出原因以及如何正确对待奥运会上主办方的失误；第四部分是从中西方的价值观的差异来分析中西方对举办奥运会的态度差异以及如何正确对待这种差异；第五部分是结论。

Abstract

This thesis consists of five parts: The first part is the basic concept of values as well as the description of core value differences between Chinese and westerners; the second part is the causes of the first prize complex and how to treat the first prize complex correctly from the point of value differences; the third part briefly describes the sponsor’s faults in the 2012 London Olympic Games, compares the different views of the faults between Chinese and westerners, finds the causes of the faults and the way to treat the faults correctly from the point of value differences; the fourth part is the different attitudes between Chinese and westerners of hosting the Olympic Games and the causes of it from the point of value differences; the last part is the conclusion.

1.    Introduction
Every country owned its own core values to keep its nation develop orderly and remain stable. Meanwhile, it had a system of various social organizational systems to ensure that every social member involved in all kinds of social relations. The core value of society was a typical spirit of this era and society. It accumulated and enriched the social essence and the cognitive achievement of the basic interests. By the influence of historical and cultural, political and economic factors, different country and people had different core values.
European and American capitalism had the same cultural origin, economic basis and social system due to their experience roughly the same in the history. Thus, these determined that they had some commonalities in terms of core values. At the same time, it was because of these commonalities, the core values of European and American capitalism were obvious different from the core values of Chinese socialism.
