摘 要
随着中国经济的高速发展,中国和美国之间的贸易,两国建立了良好的业务关系。同时,随着全球化的发展和中国加入世贸组织,两个国家之间的业务联系变得越来越频繁,商务谈判的重要性也变得越来越明显。作为一个先进的资本主义国家,美国在世界商务活动中扮演着非常重要的角色。美国也是中国最大的贸易伙伴。然而, 因为文化是跨文化交际的基础,跨文化商务谈判是国际商务活动的重要环节。不同的国家有不同的文化背景,每个国家的风俗习惯交流方式也大不相同。因此,两国商务谈判者了解中美文化礼仪的差异显得十分必要。本文重点讨论不同文化背景下中美的交际与礼仪差异。在细节上,本文涉及中国和美国之间不同的传统文化礼仪差异,饮食,礼仪差异,服装礼仪差异等等,并从协调中国和西方的文化差异以及商务交流活动的基础上提出几点建议。

Abstract
With the rapid development of economic trade between China and America, the two countries have established well business relationship. That is to say, with the development of globalization and China's accession to the WTO, the business contacts of the two countries become more and more frequent, the importance of business negotiation gets obvious gradually. As an advanced capitalist country, the United States which can be the world's largest economic entities plays an important role in the word. It is also China's largest trading partner. However, culture is the foundation of communication. Different countries have different culture background and manners in communications are also unlike. As we all know, country manners are necessary for business contacts, so it will be a huge challenge for a businessman who is not familiar with the negotiations. Intercultural business negotiation plays an important part in international business activities and we will inevitably encounter cross-cultural issues. Cultural differences between the two countries may give rise to potential cultural conflicts and unnecessary misunderstandings. Therefore, It is very necessary to research the effect and the cultural etiquette difference between China and America on commercial communication. The successful business communication is usually determined by how well the cultural awareness. The paper concludes that it is very essential to understand the etiquette difference for business and commercial purposes. In detail, the essay deals with different traditions between China and America: cultural etiquette difference, diet etiquette difference, clothes etiquette difference, the advice for the coordination of Chinese and western cultural differences, as well as their effect on commercial communication. Moreover, the paper also gives some advice.
