《莳萝泡菜》是 20 世纪英国著名短篇小说家凯瑟琳·曼斯菲尔德的经典作品之一。曼斯菲尔德用她独特的写作技巧讲述了一个女人在失败的浪漫关系中逐渐觉醒的故事。曼斯菲尔德的作品通常侧重于日常生活。《莳萝泡菜》就是一个典型的例子，因为它的内容来自作者对日常生活的细致观察。《莳萝泡菜》至今仍在英文文学界享有重要的位置，并已经成为许多文学爱好者的研究对象。
