摘要 

威廉·萨默塞特·毛姆（1874-1965）是英国著名的小说家。他一生笔耕不辍，著作等身。毛姆笔下的女性大多自私虚伪，冷漠无情。本文主要通过分析毛姆作品中的六位女性，从而分析毛姆复杂且矛盾的女性观。他并不是一味的反对女性，他也有自己喜欢的女性和欣赏的女性。因此，给他安上“恶女”的标签则是片面的。
