摘要

随着我国对外贸易体制改革的深入，国际交换和竞争变的越来越多。在对外贸易中，商务谈判是构成交易的主体，如何进行磋商，最终签订协议，语言艺术从中起着重要的作用。而模糊语作为一个特殊的语言现象，有着极其丰富的语用功能和特征，广泛的应用在商务谈判之中。语言的模糊性在各个领域都有广泛的运用。在商务谈判中模糊语作为表达策略，能够使语言灵活得体，交流更严谨，礼貌，含蓄，营造良好的气氛，对交际效果非常有利。但是如果不适当使用，也会带来潜在的负面效果。
本文从三方面研究了模糊语在商务谈判中的运用。第一部分简单阐述了模糊语的基本概念和语言特点，其次重点探讨了在商务谈判背景下使用模糊语的功能策略和对词汇句式的分析。最后说明了不正当使用模糊语会产生的消极影响。希望能借助本文使人们理解到模糊语在商务交流中使用的重要性，以更好进行贸易活动。

Abstract

With the development of trading system in China, international exchange and competition become more frequent. The formation of business transaction is the negotiation. How to negotiate well, the artistry of language plays a critical role in final agreement. As a special language, fuzzy language has its own function and features which is widely applied in business negotiation. The phenomenon of vagueness in language is extensively found in different areas. In business negotiation, fuzzy language enhances the commutation effect by being more vivid, appropriate, and euphemistic, but the overuse of it can be a potential threat.
The paper studies the application of fuzzy language in business negotiation in three parts. First is the discussion of the concept and the feature of fuzzy language. Secondly, the paper mainly focuses on the function and strategy, anglicizing the syntactical structures and words in business negotiation. Last part analyzes the negative side of fuzzy language. The paper hopes to help people understand the importance of fuzzy language in business negotiation in order to gain a more smooth trade.

The centre of business negotiation is financial interest. On one hand, the words need to be spoken concisely, clearly and correctly, in order to avoid unnecessary dispute. On the other hand, the proper use of fuzzy language will express the meaning more politely and appropriately. Thus it helps to build a comfortable atmosphere.
