摘要

在文化交流不断发展的今天，对于人才的培养也就越发地重视起来了。人人都说“父母是孩子的第一任老师”，孩子的家庭教育如何往往对孩子以后的人生发展有着非常重要的影响。本文对中美两国的家庭教育理念进行比较和分析。通过对中美两国之间家庭教育理念的差异进行比较，得出导致家庭教育产生差异的因素，并且通过两国之间的差异来研究和分析在此差异下孩子的个性形成的不同。通过以上三个方面的分析和理解，对中美双方的家庭教育都有了一定的理解，在此基础上来进行两国之间家庭教育的相互借鉴，借鉴双方家庭教育中优势的部分，以达到对人才的进一步优化地培养，为国家的优秀人才的培育打下基础。

Abstract

  Nowadays, the cultural communication becomes the fad of the society. The talents training become more and more important. There’s a saying goes “Parents are the first teacher in their lives.” How the family education looks like in children’s later lives have a very important influence on the development of children. In this paper, the family education concept of two countries are compared and analyzed. Compared with the family education concept between China and America, find out the factors which led to the different family education. Through researching and analyzing between two countries, find out the difference of the personality formation. Through the three parts of researching and analyzing, we have a certain understanding of the family education on both sides. On this basis, we learn the family education from each other between two countries. Learning from both dominant part of the family education, we can achieve the goal of training the talents, and then build the foundation of the cultivation of talents for the nations.

Because of the social development, the education plays a more and more important role in the society, as well as the family and the children themselves. When it comes to education, almost everyone will think about the school education, they usually ignore the family education which may affect children’s whole life.  Family is the basic environment in person’s life, and it is also the main arena for children’s growing. As the saying goes “The parents are the first teachers for their children”.
