Abstract
Tea and coffee are among the most popular beverage in the world. Tea has a long history in China while the coffee also occupies an extremely important place in the British history. Both tea and coffee are endowed with the cultural elements that they have long been rooted in.
This thesis presents the history, characteristics and importance of tea and coffee to reflect different cultures of both. Moreover it discusses their category, cultural factors and some common effects produced by tea and coffee.
