摘 要

茶和咖啡已成为当今风靡全球的两大重要饮品，二者经历了辉煌历史及发展。本文主要分析中国的茶文化与西方咖啡文化。中国乃茶文化的发源地，有着几千年的历史积淀和文化传承。茶文化不仅在中国，而且在东方都有着深远的渊源。而咖啡对于西方人而言，其地位和重要性丝毫不亚于茶。由于茶与咖啡在长期的历史发展中相互交融，二者也相互影响着对方的文化。茶与咖啡，各有特色。一种是传统，一种是时尚；一种是东方文化，一种是西方文化。茶文化与咖啡文化都是一种优雅高尚的生活文化，其相似之处颇多，但也存在着各自的特点。本文将就茶和咖啡的起源、茶和咖啡的发展历史、茶和咖啡与本国历史文化的关系、茶和咖啡对中西方的相互影响和未来发展对两种文化进行对比研究分析。

Abstract

Tea and coffee, both having experienced brilliant history and development, have become the most popular drinks in the world. This paper mainly analyzes the tea culture and coffee culture. China is the cradle of tea culture, which has thousand year’s historical accumulation and cultural inheritance. Tea has the profound historical, cultural and realistic roots not only in China but also in the East while the status and importance of coffee to Westerners is a bit no less than tea. The mingling and mutual influences of tea culture and coffee culture throughout history have provided a good condition for development. Tea and coffee have distinct features and advantages. One is traditional, and the other is fashion; one is related to Chinese history, the other, Western culture. However, both tea culture and coffee culture are elegant and noble lifestyle for enjoying quite a lot of similarities. This paper will contrast and analyze the two cultures in the following four aspects: origin, history, relation, and interrelation and future development.
