Abstract

Feminism originated in the thought in enlightenment and 18th century social, political and revolutionary movement, Means social theory and political movement whose major source and motivation are women's experiences. Despite the critique of social relations, many supporters of feminism also focus on the analysis of gender inequality and promote women's rights, interests and issues. More than 200 years of feminist theory aims to understand the nature of the inequality and focuses on gender politics, power relations and sex consciousness. Themes on exploring of feminism include discrimination, stereotyping, materialization (especially on the materialized on sex), physical, domestic distribution, oppression and patriarchal.

The thesis analyzes American feminism through the TV series Nikita.It firstly gives a comprehensive introduction on American feminism, focuses on features of  main feminism schools, then analyze the TV series Nikita,finaly analyzes the apparent feminism features in Nikita.This thesis gives a comprehensive survey on America feminism.

摘        要

女性主义是起源于启蒙运动时期的思想和18 世纪的社会政治和革命运动,是指一个主要以女性经验为来源与动机的社会理论与政治运动。在对社会关系进行批判之外，许多女性主义的支持者也着重于性别不平等的分析以及推动妇女的权利、利益与议题。两百多年来女性主义理论的目的在于了解不平等的本质以及着重在性别政治、权力关系与性意识之上。女性主义探究的主题则包括歧视、刻板印象、物化（尤其是关于性的物化）、身体、家务分配、压迫与父权。

本文以电视剧《尼基塔》入手，分析阐述当今美国的女性主义思想。文章首先对美国女性主义进行了一个全方位的介绍，重点着力于几个主要的女性主义流派的思想特点，其次对于电视剧《尼基塔》进行了分析，最后对在尼基塔中表现明显的几个女性主义特征进行了分析。通过电视作品尼基塔的角度，对其间反映出来的美国的女性主义进行了一次梳理。
