摘 要

随着世界变成地球村，跨国婚姻是跨文化交际很典型也很重要的体现。本文以中美跨国婚姻为切入点，运用跨文化交际的相关理论研究跨国婚姻不断增加的原因、影响跨国婚姻幸福的因素以及减少跨国夫妻间冲突的策略。本文能使人们对跨国婚姻有更深刻的认识和了解，同时期望能有助于跨国婚姻家庭的夫妻更好相处。
跨国婚姻不断增加的原因主要是全球化的影响、物质的诱惑及个人品质的吸引。不同的价值观和信仰以及不同的文化模式致使跨国婚姻出现问题进而失败。本文针对跨国婚姻存在的问题，提出避免冲突与矛盾的方法与策略，融合不同的价值观与信仰，正确对待个人主义与集体主义，加强夫妻之间的跨文化交流。

Abstract

When the world is becoming a village of the earth, transnational marriage is a representative and typical embodiment for cross-cultural communication. Taking current American-Chinese transnational marriage as basis, the thesis explores the following issues based on cross-cultural communication theories: the reason for increasing transnational marriage; the factors influencing transnational marriage; the tactics of reducing those conflicts between transnational couples. I searches relevant cases and analyze them so that people can know and understand more about transnational marriage. I also hope that this thesis can help couples of transnational marriage in China.
The reasons for increasing transnational marriage include the influence of globalization, the change of material temptations and personal attraction. The problems in transnational marriage are mostly related to the differences in cultures, the different value and belief systems     and different cultural patterns.    The widely used tactics of dealing with transnational marriage conflicts are integrating different value and belief, treating rightly individualism and collectivism, strengthening transnational communication between husband and wife.

Chapter 1 Introduction
The phenomenon of marriage between people from different cultures is documented throughout the world history. Transnational marriage has become common during this century. Transnational marriage is getting increasingly popular while it is not to say transnational marriage is more and more successful. Furthermore, there are more obstacles and conflicts for transnational couples to overcome due to different cultural backgrounds, hence a number of differences between them, which may result in more conflicts and problems in intercultural marital life.
