摘 要
由于光伏组件行业生产技术的持续进步以及全球新兴市场的需求不断扩大,光伏组件行业得到了较快的发展。同时也导致近年来新进入企业不断增多,制造成本持续上涨,使得行业利润降低,光伏组件行业的市场竞争日趋激烈。全球具有行业领导地位的光伏太阳能组件企业纷纷加快了其全球市场布局。中国光伏太阳能组件开发制造企业也积极参与到了全球市场的竞争中,向西方领先企业学习,提高企业的竞争力,更好地实现“走出去”战略。
本文首先引入光伏太阳能开发与利用行业的产业链在全球的分解分布情况,从而带出了在光伏太阳能组件开发和制造方面具有行业领导地位和强大影响力的企业的信息。其次,根据企业竞争力理论,详细比较了中外光伏太阳能组件开发和制造企业的竞争情况,然后构建出体现企业软实力的竞争力指标体系。最后,根据无锡尚德为样本来验证这个指标体系对于打造中国光伏太阳能电池开发和制造企业走出去的科学性。综合来说,在企业的竞争力指标体系中,企业软实力是其中重要的评价指标,是企业的市场竞争优势的源泉,是企业不断实现创新的动力。我国光伏太阳能开发与利用企业需要不断完善现代企业制度,提高企业的软实力,整合和优化企业内部资源,提升企业的竞争力,确立在全球市场的竞争优势,从而为企业顺利实现“走出去”战略提供更好的保障。

Abstract
The manufacturing of PV solar panels is becoming a huge industry because of the improvement of technology and the high demand in global market. At the same time, a lot of companies get their foot in this industry in recent years and the costs of manufacturing PV solar panels increase faster. It causes the lower profits and more fiercely market’s competition in PV solar panels manufacturing industry. The fact that Chinese market has been a globally recognized strong potential market, many well-known foreign enterprises change the judgment to China and try to take up a certain market share. At present, there is an obvious gap in PV solar manufacturing between Chinese firms and their counterparts in terms of technology, and it is necessary for our local enterprises to change this situation by improving competitive power, especially the soft power in order to survive and win eventually.
The paper first presents a profile of the industry of PV solar and the leading solar panel manufacturers all over the world. It analyzes their production capacity, product ranges, pricing power and human resource structure and soft power. Then it elaborates the details about the competitiveness of those leading companies by studying the enterprise competitiveness structure model. And it will emphasize the necessity and important strategy position to promote soft power for those enterprises which has a long-term program and aspiration. It will compare the Chinese and foreign differences of indexes about those leading companies. It tries to get some relevant evidences for those Chinese PV solar panel manufacturers on the implementation of the strategy of going out. The paper concludes with some suggestions that soft power is the fountainhead of keeping the competitive advantage and also is the motivation of keeping innovation unceasingly and the PV solar panel manufacturing enterprise needs to constantly improve the modern enterprise system, enhance the soft power of it, and make new conformity and optimization of internal resources for increasing the competitiveness of enterprise, which can help to establish the competitive advantage in the global market.
