Abstract
Corporate culture, as an important part of modern enterprises, has been paid increase attention nowadays. An excellent corporate culture can improve the center competitiveness of an enterprise. Many foreign enterprises have their own center values and special enterprise culture. Compared with foreign enterprises, Chinese enterprises still have many problems such as lacking of humanity, credibility and innovation. What’re the characteristics between Chinese and foreign enterprises? What’re the similarities and differences between Chinese and foreign enterprises? What’s the enlightenment to Chinese companies? In this paper, the author firstly gave an analysis on the characteristics between Chinese and foreign enterprises. Then based on the anlaysis, some enlightenment was concluded to help the Chinese enterprise by analyzing the foreign companies.

作为现代企业的重要组成部分,企业文化在当今生活中被越来越重视。一个优秀的企业文化可以提高一个企业的核心竞争力。许多外国企业有着其独有的核心价值和企业文化。与国外企业相比,中国企业仍存在许多问题,比如缺乏人文性,可信性和创造性。那么,中外企业特点是什么?中外企业的相似点与不同点在哪儿?国外企业的发展过程对中国企业有何启示?在这篇文章中,作者首先分析了中外企业的特点。然后根据分析,通过分析国外企业,得出对中国企业的启示。

1. Introduction
Corporate culture theory was formed in the western corporate field from the 1970s to the 1980s. Starting from 1950s, Japanese economy has grown fascinatingly and has become a powerful challenge to the western corporations. Amazed by the rapid growth of Japanese economy, American began to take researches about the comparison on the enterprise management between Japan and America. This brought corporate culture theory into the world. In China, many Chinese enterprises have realized the importance of a good corporate culture since 1990s and have been developing their own corporate cultures. The history of Chinese business can be traced back to ancient times. But it had existed only as a form of family workshop. Corporate culture in that environment is equal to family culture. Chinese corporate culture can be divided into 3 periods. First period is modern times national capitalism from Qing Dynasty. It existed together with the corporate culture in revolutionary base areas. Second is the time between 1949 and 1979. The third period is from 1979 to nowadays. The development of corporate culture helps the employees to perfect their values, to stimulate their potential and to make the enterprise have more cohesion. Therefore quite a few enterprises maintain rapid and constant development.
