摘    要

“民以食为天,”这不仅是中国老百姓居家过日子的至理名言,也是博大精深的中国饮食文化的理论基石。甚至对于那些操持刀叉吃西餐的老外们来说，它也同样是经典的生存之道。饮食是人类生活、生存与发展的必需。一日三餐, 天下美食何其多。然而，随着时代步伐和人们生活节奏的不断加快，一种新的饮食方式也便应运而生，那就是快餐。快餐以快捷、方便、经济等显著特征已经走进了千家万户。可是由于中西方传统文化的不同，造就了中西饮食文化的差异，快餐文化也自然如此。由于中西方地域特征、气候环境、风俗习惯等因素的影响，快餐在原料、口味、烹调方法、饮食习惯等方面出现了不同程度的差异。正是因为这些差异，快餐文化具有了强烈的地域性。本论文通过对比中西方快餐的差异，反映出不同国家、不同民族的快餐所带有的特殊的地方文化色彩,同时也反映出不同国家、不同民族的生产模式、民族性格、文化传统、审美时尚、创造能力，以及哲学思想、伦理道德观念等的不同。

Abstract

“Food is the first necessity of man.” This is not only wisdom in Chinese people’s life, but also a profound theoretical foundation of Chinese food culture. Even to those foreigners who use knife and fork to eat western food, it is also a classic way of existence. Food is the first necessity of human’s life and development. There are a large number of delicious foods among the three meals every day. However, with the accelerated pace of times and people’s life, a new way of eating has come into being — fast food. With the advantages of quickness, convenience, economy and other significant features, fast food has stepped into thousands of families. But because of the differences between the traditional Chinese and Western cultures, their food cultures differ greatly, so do their fast food cultures. Influenced by different regional characteristics, climate, customs and other factors, fast food differs in different degrees in raw materials, flavors, ways of cooking, and eating habits, etc. Because of these differences, fast food culture has a strong locality. By comparing the differences between Chinese and Western fast food, this thesis reflects the unique local culture brought by fast food in different countries and different nations. Meanwhile, it also reflects the different modes of production, national characters, cultural traditions, aesthetics, creativity, philosophy, and ethical morals, etc.
