摘要 

在摇滚乐诞生自今的近六十年的时间中，摇滚文化经历了翻天覆地的变化。摇滚乐在长期的发展中形成了一种特有的文化体系。这种文化的发展和壮大使其本身逐渐的深入美国社会从而影响美国的社会意识形态。在经济全球化的影响下，文化产业也逐步走向全球化。美国摇滚乐作为一种大众文化在这个特殊的背景下得以发展。摇滚文化产生于摇滚乐，但其所派生出来的美学和哲学思想却体现在社会的各个层面上。在摇滚乐中的虚无主义，唯意志主义，虚无主义情绪的影响下，美国的文化的解构日益加深。随着文化的解构，美国社会的文化逐步走向后现代化。美国的社会的后现代化也在这种文化变革的影响下加深。

Abstract

During the past 60 years from the time when rock was born till now, rock culture has changed a lot. And in this long period of time, a new culture system was formed. The development of this culture has integrated itself into the US society and gradually the social ideology of the US. Followed by economic globalization, the society then will face cultural globalization. US mass culture is developing against this special background. Under the influence of nihilism, voluntarism and nihilism emotion, the US culture was deconstructed step by step. With the deconstruction of American culture, the culture of US became more and more postmodern.

1    Introduction
1.1    Significance of This study
Rock was produced in the 50s of last century. It was originated from the black blues, and compounded with piano music and jive. It is famous for its outstanding powerful sound performance and rhythm of continuous progress. In 1952, the famous radio host Alan Fred of United States launched a concert, which was later called by the name of “rock and roll”.  Thus, rock and roll was born.
In fact, the Rock is not just a music genre; it also represents the emergence of a new culture age with tremendous impact on the existed ones. It penetrated every aspects of human life, such as social, political, and many other fields. It is a state of mind and a way of life. Rock has experienced 50 years of development, resulting in a variety of music genres as well as great bands.
The most important part of Rock music lies in its rebellious spirit, mainly manifested in the rebellion of tradition and reality. This rebellious spirit is always keen to undermining the existing system of civilization. But the rock music did not create a new system to replace the old one. This rebellious spirit can be seen as a postmodern mood which is especially obvious in the punk and hippie culture.
