摘 要

动漫是文化创意产业的重要组成部分。动漫产业以创意为核心，是当今最有潜力的产业。众所周知，美国动漫在世界动漫市场中“一支独霸”已经有几十年了，美国动漫以其非凡的精彩纷呈和创意无边在世界动漫市场中是最普遍，最有影响力的。在对美国动漫的研究中，我们可以发现几点美国动漫之所以创新十足的原因，即美国动漫创意的来源。在美国动漫最具影响力的作品中展现最频繁的有四点，分别是美国英雄主义、美国梦、后现代主义和从其他民族文化中的借鉴。因此，作者投入了很多努力分别诠释这四个重要因素的定义、规则和他们在美国动漫中的体现。
此外，美国动漫产业先进的产业链也是美国动漫称霸世界动漫市场不可或缺的。美国动漫除了在动漫艺术上取得的辉煌成就外，美国也是第一个将动漫推向市场的国家，同时建立起了大的产业规模。同时，美国动漫产业以动漫为主体培养世界动漫市场，通过其成熟的销售策略将美国文化和精神传播到世界的每个角落。美国动漫产业在80多年的发展中，依托雄厚的财力和技术力量，以及完备的市场化组织力量在经济上享受到了巨大的成功。整个产业的出口仅次于计算机产业。为了了解美国动漫取得巨大成功的奥妙，我们不仅需要了解它的产业结构，还要了解它的优势所在。本文对其优势的解读主要体现在三个方面：完善的法律体系，健全的管理体制和企业知识产权的保护意识强。
中国要在世界动漫市场中扮演更重要的角色并获取巨大的经济利润，我们就必须更加重视通过与美国动漫的比较找出我国动漫的不足以及发展趋势。

Abstract

Animation is an important part of culture creative industry. Animation industry with creativeness as its primary concern is the most potential industry nowadays. As is known to us all, the United States has been reigning in world’s animation industry for decades. American animation, known for its extraordinary versatility and innovativeness, is the most pervasive and persuasive in world’s animation market. In studies of American animation, several traits, however, have been identified that may serve to analyze the resources of American animation creativeness. Four traits in particular most often portrayed in its most influential animation products are American heroism, postmodernism, American dream and references from foreign culture. Subsequently, the author will put a lot of efforts to illustrate these four traits in the aspect of their definitions, regularities and applications in American animation.
In addition, the advanced chain of American animation industry is indispensable to American animation’s domination in world’s market. Despite the brilliant achievements in animation art, the United States is also the first country that put animation in market and established a large industrial scale. At the same time America with its animation as the principal cultivates the animation market in the whole world, spreading American culture and spirits to the every corner of the world through its sophisticated sales strategy. In order to clue into the mysteries of the great success that American animation has achieved, we need to acquaint ourselves with the structure of its animation industry, as well as its advantages over others. Considering its advantages, I focus on three aspects which are the comprehensive legal system, the sound management system and the keen consciousness of the protection of enterprises’ copyright.
In order to play a more effective role in world’s animation industry and earn great economic profits, China must attach greater importance to figuring out the inadequacy and tendency of its development by the obtaining enlightenment of American animation.
