Abstract：

With the growing impacts of Chinese culture, western culture began to admit Chinese culture gradually. They are searching for the deep Chinese beauty while we are fond of the western estheticism. Wedding, the most splendid moment, is seen as classic by numerous people and it is also memorable for all of us who have experience the wedding. And the wedding banquet is the climax of the whole wedding. This paper will focus on the difference between different cultural backgrounds on wedding dress which is definitely a focus in the wedding banquets. At the same time, I hope this paper can provide the aspects which we would neglect or do not understand. We all need nice memories.

1．Introduction
A wedding banquet is the party or the banquet held for celebration after the wedding and it is also called “Xi Jiu” in China. In western countries, the wedding banquet is generally arranged after the wedding ceremony.
