摘要：

随着中西方交往的逐步深入，有越来越多的学者开始关注中西方的文化差异，一些中西方学者致力于词汇方面的研究，对中西方不同词语的用法进行了详细的区分及文化诠释。在中西文化中由于否定词的使用情况极其复杂，由于文化环境，历史背景等等的影响在否定词的形式，用法，应用上都有各自特点和很大不同。因此，通过对比研究中西文化对否定词使用的影响，可以构建起中西文化交流的桥梁，为学习中西文化打下良好的基础，从而推动文化交往向纵深发展。

Abstract:

Language, as a special kind of cultural phenomenon, stores rich information of the culture. The pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar as three components of language recorded a mark for the development of human civilization. Vocabulary as an effective factor in the exchange of ideas has played an important role. As the western interaction deepens, more and more scholars begin to pay close attention to the cultural differences between China and west and some western scholars devoted to lexical studies. Although they have made some achievements, but due to cultural differences, the limitation of understanding and knowledge makes vocabulary study still has many unsatisfactory places, so we need further researches with new perspective, explore different culture backgrounds of the vocabulary used regularly. In Chinese and western culture research, through the comparative studying of Chinese and western culture, the effect of using negative words correctly can construct a bridge of cultural exchanges between Chinese and western culture for learning.

1. Introduction
Language as the most powerful and effective communication tool, conveys the human experiences .Vocabulary as the carrier of language, shows the structure of human society and culture, and expresses the people’s basic views of the world. Therefore, vocabulary changes and reflects the process of human social development. Vocabulary thus becomes the most valuable resource to analysis social shape and cultural connotations. As a kind of basic denial of linguistic phenomenon, its concrete application can not leave from the culture soil.  Chinese and western cultures both embody in the specific form. Through the comparative analysis of the material we can see two kinds of different language forms which are just the most superficial phenomenon. We must truly understand and master two languages and make in-depth analysis of the specific usages with the cultural thoughts.
