摘要：

随着英语的全球化与本土化，中式英语产生并且不断发展。自上个世纪八十年代语言学家提出而中式英语的概念以来，中式英语一直饱受争议。语言是文化的一部分，并对文化起着重要作用。正宗的中式英语是符合一定英文文法，英美人等英语母语国家人民可以接受的，且富含中国文化的中式英语。它是说着英语的中国文化，是将中国文化展现在世界面前的有效语言。如今，随着中国在世界上的地位不断提升，中国文化的魅力在世界日趋显现，饱含着中国文化的中式英语的地位也得到人们的认可。很多蕴涵着中国文化，由中国人发明的中式英语已经被英语国家的人们所认可和使用了，甚至有一部分已经被英国或者美国收录进词典成为标准用法。因此，对中式英语以及其内涵的中国文化进行探究，是有利于中式英语的发展的，同时也对中国文化在世界范围内推广具有积极意义。

Abstract：

With the globalization and localization of English, Chinglish had formed and gradually developed. Since the 1980s linguists put forward the concept of Chinglish, Chinglish has been controversial. Language is part of the culture, and plays an important role in culture. Authentic Chinglish is not accorded with traditional English grammar absolutely, but native English speakers could understand and accept it. Chinese culture also could be understood and accepted by Chinglish. It is the effectively language to show Chinese culture to the world. Nowadays, with China getting highly place in the world, and the charm of Chinese showing out, Chinglish also be recognized by the whole world. Many usages of English which contain Chinese culture, and invented by the Chinese, have been acknowledged by the English native speakers, and even parts of them have been collected in British or American standard dictionary. Therefore, the research of Chinglish and Chinese culture is positive. It is a good way not only to develop Authentic Chinglish and Chinese culture, but also to promote Chinese culture worldwide spread.

1. Introduction
As we all know, language is an important tool for communication. So far, many linguists have made researches on all aspects of language and a great deal of theory books come out to provide some relevant reference for us, especially about the relationship between language and culture. Chinglish is a product of culture combine with language.
We used to only take all the concentration on the language and neglected culture to a certain extent. I have a much more systematic understanding after reading some relevant theory books. I think that language is form while culture is spirit.
