随着经济全球化的发展,中国与其他国家间贸易往来越来越频繁,理解文化的差异性在国际商务谈判中显得越来越重要。懂得世界不同国家的文化背景差异、在国际商务谈判中寻找正确的方法来避免文化冲突是十分重要的。文章从文化的定义入手,分析了文化差异产生的原因,并从谈判过程和谈判风格两方面来阐述文化差异对国际商务谈判的影响。最后分析了应该如何来应对与解决国际商务谈判中出现的文化差异问题。

Abstract
With the economic globalization and the frequent business contact, cultural differences seem to be very important during the process of international business negotiations. Knowing the differences of cultural backgrounds and the ways to avoid culture conflicts in the international business negotiation is necessary. This article commences from the definition of culture, analyzes the causes of the cultural differences, and illustrates the influence of cultural differences on the international business negotiation from two aspects of negotiation process and negotiation style. Finally, it analyzes how to deal with and solve the problem of cultural differences in the international business negotiation.

1. Introduction
The remarkable achievements of China’s modernization construction attract Chinese people to go abroad to do the business all over the world.
In today’s international business activities, in order to reach a mutually acceptable agreement, it is necessary for both Chinese and foreign sides to hold a business negotiation to discuss the cooperation details. In addition, the international business negotiations are formed under the cultural conditions. Therefore, analyzing and studying the different ways and styles of negotiations under cultural backgrounds becomes more necessary which could help to solve these possible problems.
