Abstract:

Language, as a powerful carrier of meanings and functions, is closely reflected to the purpose of both parties of business representatives. Business expression mainly requires that language should focus on the specific theme and exact target, do not reflect emotional feelings. Business expression highlights to the accuracy and coherence of language so that can be touched perfectly and misunderstanding will be diminished. Daily speech is view as an effective communication device and establishment the relationship between the negotiators. Daily speech, to some degree, can alleviate the tense atmosphere, avoid conflicts and enhance the friendship. This thesis discusses the significance and applied scope of languages through analyzing the features of business expression and daily speech. This study aims to find the difference of business expression and daily speech and use the both languages precisely.

摘要：

语言作为强有力传达意义的载体，密切地反映了双方代表的目的。商务表达主要是针对一些具体的主题进行讨论，没有任何感情色彩。其次，它主要强调语言的准确性和一致性而避免出现一些歧义性的阐述。日常表达不仅是一种有效的交流工具同样能建立谈判者之间的关系。另外，日常表达同样在缓解紧张气氛、避免争议和维护关系上起到一定的作用。通过分析商务表达和日常表达的特点以及密切交替运用的重要性来分析本文探究的意义。本研究旨在寻找商务表达和日常表达的差异，并准确地运用这两种语言。

1. Literature Review
During the 1960s, Gerard І. Nierenberg said “ Negotiation is not only a chess game, are not required to determine the winner, nor is it a war that need to kill the other, on the contrary the negotiations is a mutually beneficial cooperative adventures.” In this game, win-win concept is basis principle in a successful negotiation. However, the reasonable smart application of business expression plays a widespread and important role in international negotiation. Business expression grows up a unique style of literary language, is different from common English.  The website provides the following definition: “Business English is English language especially related to international trade.”. Business expression, as a language tool for international economic communication, is characterized by the use of professional vocabulary.
