ABSTRACT
The pre-school children education is related to a person's life. Nowadays, social development needs high qualified talents and good pre-school children education is the key point to the high qualified talents. Because of the different social systems, culture backgrounds, education aims and so on, the education for children are different in many aspects between China and America. In the education projects of training new century talents in the world, all the countries put pre-school children education in a very important position. Although children education now attracts social circles’ attention, especially educational circles’ attention, children education still had a lot of problems. This paper first introduces the definition of children education. Second, this paper points out the main problems in today’s Chinese children education. Third, by comparing, this paper points out the different children education between China and America (mainly on aspects of children education’s contents, aims and methods). Children education aims for training the children into what kind of person that the education contents and methods choose according to the aims. After comparison, the paper interprets the reasons of these differences. Finally, the paper puts forward some methods that suit Chinese pre-school children education.

摘 要
幼儿教育关系着每个人的生活。如今,社会发展需要高素质的人才, 好的幼儿教育是培养高素质人才的第一步。因为社会制度,文化背景,教育目标等等的不同,因此中国和美国在幼儿教育的许多方面存在差异。全球在培养新世纪人才教育项目中,所有国家都把幼儿教育放在很重要的位置上。尽管幼儿教育现在引起了社会各界的关注,尤其是教育界的关注。 但中国教育仍然存在很多问题。此文章首先介绍了幼儿教育的定义。其次,它指出了中国教育目前的主要问题。第三,相之下,文章也指出了中国和美国教育方面的差异(主要是幼儿教育的内容,目标,方法方面)。幼儿教育的目的就是培养孩子成为什么样的人而教育的内容和方法也是根据教育目标所定。比较过后,文章诠释了产生差异的原因。最后,文章也提出了适合中国幼儿教育的方法。
