Abstract
In recent years, with the growing trend of economic globalization, business contacts between China and other countries of the world have become increasingly frequent. In the process, any trade activities are unable to be carried out due to the difference of cultures and customs in the world. The problems of intercultural business communication have aroused wide attention in the world.
This paper mainly analyzes the differences from the values, behavior and other aspects of business communication between China and West, and then summarizes the reasons for these differences.

摘要
近年来,随着经济全球化趋势日益加剧,我国与世界其他国家之间的商务往来日益频繁,在这一过程中,由于世界各国在文化及习俗等方面存在的差异,导致使许多贸易活动未能顺利开展。跨文化商务交际问题也因此得到越来越多的国家的关注和重视。
本文主要以中西方的商务交际为对象,从价值观,言语行为等层面的差异表现分析、归纳出造成这些差异的原因。

Ⅰ. Introduction
1.1Content of Business Communication
The development of various channels of communication makes the world smaller and smaller. Communication is conducted from traditional methods such as mouth word, television or record to online talking, mobile phone and so on. Now people far from each other can keep in contact everywhere in the world through internet, mobile phone or short message. The usage of this modern communication greatly facilitates people’s life. It brings them closer to each other, makes the understanding easier, and improves the work efficiency. However, super communication tools are not equivalent to the positive effect the communication aims to bring about. There are many barriers that may prevent people understanding each other better, especially when doing business. So it is important to have a clear and profound insight into communication and find a proper method to perfect communication skills. Only in the way can we optimize the communication application in business.
