摘要:
国际商务谈判是商业活动的一个重要部分,它是一种跨境活动。国际商务谈判是指处于不同国家和地区的商务活动的当事人,为协调彼此之间的利益关系,满足各自需要,通过信息交流与磋商争取达到意见一致的行为和过程;因其主体来自两个或两个以上的具有不同文化背景的国家或地区,而具有跨文化性,也可称为跨文化商务谈判。
国际商务谈判是国际商务活动中重要的环节,在很多情形下,也可以说是首要环节,它的顺利进行及最终结果,是国际商务活动其他环节展开的前提和基础。因此,分析国际商务谈判中文化因素的影响,有助于提高从业者跨文化商务谈判的能力和国际商务谈判的顺利展开,从而促进国际商务活动的繁盛。
本论文主要从价值观点、谈判方式和思考模式三方面来分析不同的文化因素在国际商务谈判中的影响,其中价值观点又分成时间观念、平等观念和客观性三个方面来详细阐述,并针对每一方面的影响提出相应的解决方法,最后对跨文化交际谈判列出解决方法。

Abstract:
International business negotiation is an important part of business activities, referring to parties in the business activities from different countries and regions coordinate the interests of the relationship between each other to meet their respective needs, through communication and consultation for reaching unanimous. Because its subject is from two or more than two countries or regions with different cultural background, and have partialities, it can also be referred to as intercultural business negotiations.
International business negotiation is an important link in international business activities, in many cases, also can be said to be the first step. It’s smooth and the final result is the premise and foundation of international business activity at other stages. Therefore, analyzing the impacts of cultural differences on international business negotiations helps improve the intercultural business negotiation ability of practitioners and international business negotiations go smoothly, thus promotes the prosperity of international business activities.
This thesis analyzes the influence of cultural influence on international business negotiation mainly from the viewpoint of values, negotiating style and thinking mode.
