Abstract:
International business negotiation is an important content of business activities. In the process of negotiation, there must be cross-cultural problems. What’s more, cross-cultural problems often hinder the business negotiation process. Therefore, discussing cross-cultural differences, analyzing the cultural differences in the process of making decisions and different negotiation styles and grasping communication strategies are greatly helpful to successful international business negotiations. This article will discuss cross-cultural problems and communication strategies in the international business negotiations.

摘要:
国际商务谈判是商务活动的重要内容,谈判中一定会遇到跨文化问题。跨文化问题往往会阻碍商务谈判的顺利进行。探讨国际商务谈判中的跨文化差异,分析决策过程中的文化差异以及谈判风格的不同,掌握沟通策略,对国际商务谈判的成功有很大的帮助。本文旨在对国际商务谈判中的跨文化问题及沟通策略进行探讨。

Introduction
In such a developed world, international business activities carried out frequently, making international business negotiations necessary and important. Business activities are closely related to business negotiation, because business negotiation is the key to the success of business activities and the existence and development of enterprises. Successful business negotiation can bring great economic benefit and social benefit. However, due to different cultural backgrounds, there are many cross-cultural problems in international business negotiation. The cross-cultural problems may be caused by many factors and we should overcome these problems in order to make negotiations successfully.
