Abstract :
As the world has stepped into a global economic system, e-commerce has drawn more and more attention by the enterprises in business trade. With the continuous development of computer and network technology, e-commerce has gradually become the emerging business mode and concept for its advantages of high efficiency, globalization, virtualization, interactivity and initiative. It is also the inevitable choice of enterprise's development and growth. However, compared with large enterprises, SMEs (the abbreviation of small and middle-sized enterprises) are weak in manpower, financial resources and information technology. How to draw up the plans for SMEs to carry out e-commerce in accordance with its practical situation is a significant issue which is worth studying. This thesis introduces some basic concepts of e-commerce and the features of SMEs combined with actual situation ,and gives some simple analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of SMEs' implementation of e-commerce. Then this thesis makes some reasonable and feasible plans towards the issue.

随着世界已经步入一个全球化的经济体系,电子商务在商业贸易中越来越受到企业的重视和青睐。由于计算机技术、网络技术的不断发展,电子商务正以自身高效性、全球化、虚拟化及交互性和主动性的优势,逐步成为企业新兴的经营模式和理念。它也将是企业发展壮大的必然选择。然而,相对于大型企业来说,中小型企业的人力、财力、信息技术实力较弱,中小企业该怎样结合自身实际情况,合理地实施和规划电子商务是一个值得研究的问题。本文介绍了一些电子商务的基本概念及中小企业的特点,结合实际情况分析了企业实施电子商务的利弊因素,进而针对问题作出了一些合理可行的规划。
